Fantastic!!!! Josh is *the best* at getting everyone involved and setting the mood for maximum enjoyment and creativity. I can (and do) take photo walks by myself, but I keep signing up for Josh's MPG events for the learning and camaraderie.

I loved it. I liked the information given by Joshua. It will help me to capture more beautiful photos on my Italian trip. I would make sure that when you sent reminders of the event that you emphasize the importance of being on time as there were three students waiting for one. I also appreciate that Joshua sent us all the info after the class - I love it. I would definitely take another class. Joshua shares his knowledge with us, answered our questions with important and interesting information. He is a great teacher. Thank you Joshua and also Geraldine who accommodated graciously my 201cchanging 201c schedule.

Josh was a very good teacher and he had a nice balance between theory and practical. I appreciated the metaphors and analogies he used to hep us understand the technical aspects, and though I was not a complete beginner I still learned quite a bit and appreciated the one on one feedback on my photos and his answers to my questions.

Josh was ver knowledgeable and helpful. After taking 4 beginner classes elsewhere, he finally got me to really understand how the camera works. He was patient and encouraging and very positive. I would gladly take other classes from him.

It was a very cool photo walk. Joshua shared his perspective of street photography, and invited us to share our own. The group was just the right size for this type of event, and everyone was cool.

I had fun and gained a bit more confidence when it comes to doing street photography even if temporarily. I managed to take my first portrait of a stranger outside of a convention/festival setting. I usually go to photowalks with the only expectation to take photos, which is what I did. The tips and advice were a nice bonus. Joshua is a fun guy.

    Joshua Renaud
Joshua has been photographing for 10 years. He fell in love with photography at university, so much so that he decided to get a degree in photo!

He absolutely loves helping people how to use their cameras more effectively and helping them develop a better eye so as to take better photos. He personally loves taking pictures of architecture, trees, and sublime sunlight. Josh is currently exploring themes of memory, nostalgia, home, inside vs. outside space, and time.

Joshua Renaud is available for private bookings

Most Tuesday afternoons, and potentially some Fridays and Saturdays, but my schedule changes weekly.
